These Dojo Rewards Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and participation in a loyalty scheme offered by one of our merchants (a Merchant) through the Dojo app (Dojo Rewards).    

WalkUp Limited (which provides the Dojo app) is part of the Dojo group of companies.  The portion of the Dojo app which relates to Dojo Rewards will be maintained and offered by Paymentsense Limited, another member of the Dojo group of companies.  Paymentsense Limited is a company registered in England with company number 06730690 and registered office at The Brunel Building, 2 Canalside Walk, London W2 1DG.  In these terms, weus or our means Paymentsense Limited.

Paymentsense Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA FRN 738728) and under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (FCA FRN 900925) for the issuing of electronic money and provision of payment services. We offer both regulated and unregulated products. Dojo Rewards is a technology product and is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using Dojo Rewards, you confirm that you agree to these terms. These terms are available on our website at any time to download and save by accessing our website. We may change these terms at any time by updating them on this webpage.

 

1. Merchant Loyalty Scheme Terms

We allow our Merchants to operate and promote their loyalty schemes to you through Dojo Rewards. The relevant Merchant will set the terms and conditions of their loyalty scheme, including the number of transactions or level of spending you need to achieve to receive a reward, and the type of rewards available (Merchant Loyalty Scheme Terms). 

The Merchant is free to modify, change or cancel the Merchant Loyalty Scheme Terms at any time without any liability to you in relation to any rewards accrued prior to the point at which the Merchant modifies, changes or cancels the Merchant Loyalty Scheme Terms. Any modifications or changes will be effective immediately and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes. Your continued participation in the relevant loyalty scheme confirms your acceptance of such changes. 

The Merchant Loyalty Scheme Terms will be made available to you through the Dojo app.  We have no control over the contents or application of the Merchant Loyalty Scheme Terms.  Where such terms are provided by or contain links to another site or resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them.

2. Privacy

We use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found at https://dojo.tech/legal/privacy/ and our Cookie Policy which can be found at https://dojo.tech/legal/cookies/. We provide further information in relation to how we process your personal data in connection with Dojo Rewards through the sign-up flow for this product. You agree that your personal data may be retained, used and disclosed by us and our agents for the purpose of complying with our obligations under these terms including, but not limited to, administering any payment placed by you on the Dojo services and complying with any legal obligations.

Dojo Rewards is not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 16.  Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use and disclose information about our customers.

3. Liability

You agree that your use of Dojo Rewards is on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis and at your sole risk. We make no representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever regarding, nor accept any liability for, Dojo Rewards or the Merchant Loyalty Scheme Terms.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any warranty of any kind with respect to Dojo Rewards or the Merchant Loyalty Scheme Terms. 

We will not be responsible to you for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of our failure to use reasonable care and skill in relation to your use of Dojo Rewards, or a Merchant’s failure to use reasonable care and skill in relation to the Merchant Loyalty Scheme Terms. We do not exclude or limit our responsibility to you for loss or damage where it would be unlawful to do so. 

We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operation of Dojo Rewards. There may be times when Dojo Rewards, or any part thereof, is unavailable (whether on a scheduled or unscheduled basis) or it may be modified, suspended or withdrawn by us without notice to you. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such unavailability, modification, suspension or withdrawal.

4. Complaints

If you have any questions or complaints about the Merchant Loyalty Scheme Terms, please contact the relevant Merchant directly. 

If you have a complaint about Dojo Rewards (including the Dojo app), please contact us by: 

  • emailing us at rewards@dojo.app 
  • writing to us at Dojo Complaints Team, Runway East, 101 Victoria Street, Bristol BS16PU. 

5. General

We reserve the right to modify, change or terminate Dojo Rewards, these terms or any policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of Dojo Rewards confirms your acceptance of such changes.  

If a court or other authority decides that any part of these terms is illegal or ineffective, the rest will be unaffected and will remain in force. These terms are governed by English law and you can only bring legal proceedings in relation to them in the English courts unless you live in Scotland, in which case you can bring legal proceedings in respect of them in either the Scottish or the English courts.
